1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchases of digital products and services (“Digital Products”) from Ambitiouz Move, a division of Ambitiouz Group (Pty) Ltd (“Ambitiouz Move,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Ambitiouz Move provides premium music distribution services for independent artists, facilitates brand partnerships, offers marketing and promotional services, and provides related products through our websites, platforms, mobile applications, and social media pages (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing a Digital Product, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, please do not purchase Digital Products through our Services.

2. Price and Availability

• Prices for Digital Products are subject to change without notice.

• We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing errors) at any time.

• Availability of Digital Products may vary, and we may discontinue or modify Services without prior notice.

3. Promotional Offers

• Promotional offers apply only during the stated period and subject to the conditions specified in the promotion.

• Promotions are valid only for purchases made directly through Ambitiouz Move’s Services unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Methods

• We accept a variety of approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, EFT, third-party payment processors).

• Payment details are processed securely by third-party providers. Ambitiouz Move does not store your payment card information.

• By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. One-Time Purchases

• For stand-alone purchases (e.g., promotional credits, mastering services), your selected payment method will be charged at the time of purchase.

• All one-time purchases are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

6. Subscriptions

Auto-Renewal

• Certain Digital Products are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (“Billing Period”) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  
  

Recurring Billing

• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each Billing Period, including applicable taxes.

• Fees may vary due to promotions, price changes, or tax adjustments.

  
  

Billing Period

• Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of your subscription or end of a trial period (if applicable), and automatically on the first day of each Billing Period thereafter.

  
  

Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

• Cancellations prevent future charges but do not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Access continues until the end of the current Billing Period.

• Subscriptions purchased through third parties (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) must be managed through their respective platforms.

  
  

Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable, and no credits are issued for partially used Billing Periods.

• Ambitiouz Move may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional cases. Granting a refund in one case does not oblige us to do so again.

7. Electronic Communications

By purchasing a Digital Product, you consent to receive all notices, receipts, agreements, policy updates, confirmations, and communications electronically. Such communications will be delivered via your Ambitiouz Move account or email and will satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

8. Disputes and Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

• Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations.

• If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration or mediation in South Africa, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1965.

• By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the effective date of the revised Terms.
